I'm feelin' so tired today. My cough sucks. been like 2 weeks and still not recovering. But who to blame but myself. All the food looks so tempting, Old Chang Kee curry Puff, KFC meals (had like 2 times for this week), Chocolates (toblerone, melty etc). Cough until my chest is damn painful. going to vomit blood. Its gonna be a long blog. Bear with me! Thou I'm tired, I've a lot to say...
Anyway, I managed to get home to watch CHASE. Did i tell you i love Linda Liao? She's so sweet, plain and simple. The girl next door kind. Yup. I love this kind of gerls. Mingli USED to be like that but.... hahah. And I have no idea what Randall Tan would play as Utt's uncle. Clueless!!?!
Watch American Idol. Yay! My idols Anthony Federov and Nadia Turner are into the Top 12. Amazing! Mikalah Gordon looks like Nelly Furtado!
I want to watch Spongebob Square Pants movie. There was preview on the movie in between AI. Laugh out loud. Patrick has got a Flag with "Spongebob" wording stuck on its ass crack. And this is also the first time my korkor and i had a great laugh after so many years.
I missed those days when we were young. He would play with me after school. Mum was always busy sewing clothes and have no time for me. Okok, let me share with you some of my childhood memories.... So, will lian stop saying I've no childhood. I've lotsa fond memories ok.
My korkor and I would always squeeze in the warm storeroom to play 'Masak'-cooking in Malay?- when we were young. We would come up with all sorts of dishes. haha. I guess that's why I love dining till now.
And when korkor is not free to play with me?!
I would grab all my bears, put them in a row and pretend to be a teacher. Crazily, I would grab a red pen and really mark those pieces of paper, and write on the small whiteboard that my mum bought for me for school use. Remember - Xing Qi Wu Zhou Bao, those chinese newspaper for friday? My korkor brought that home weekly and we had a vast collection. Those were the papers that I marked on. Maybe I'm just following my childhood dream, to be a teacher that is. Giving tuition now and making NIE a backup if SIA's application fails. I still have some kind of affection for teaching as a career, but not as strong as being a steward.
Hotel Manager?
And after my family moved in 94, my cousins who lived just 1 level below me, would come up to play masak as well. That's was when I was in Upper primary. This time round, we played Hotel. She's the Front Desk Staff while I work as the Hotel Manager. Another cousin is the chef of the restaurant. Hmmm... again, this creates some passion and interest in the Hospitality Industry. Thou I failed for my application for Hospitality Mgmt, I guess I won't stop chasing after the dream as a Hotel Manager. Even if I have to start from scratch as a bellboy all the way up...
What about career as an Flight Attendant?
Actually I just love commercial aviation. Really love it a lot. Whenever I have a chance to go to the airport, I won't miss the chance to go to the viewing mall to catch a few glimpse of planes taking off and landing. Till date, I still love to go to the airport. Partly is because daddy used to drive us around the Changi South road, where I can see huge boeing planes landing and taking off. How to explain this interest.....hmmm.... perhaps its just like the way gerls love diamonds. For my case, it commercial planes.
Tomorrow's the last day of school. No more lectures, labs, projects, tutorials for the next few years. Hmmm, kinda missed it actually. But we have to move on. Seriously, I can't imagine 3 years just passed like *snap fingers* THIS! And the next phase of life is starting soon, a mixture of feelings, excited yet a lil' sad. Well, thanks to all my poly mates for the past 3 years of joy, laughter and angry, mad, stress emotions that we've been through. It is an eye-opener to define the term "FREE-RIDERS" and knowing who they were. I still feel that its so unfair to us. We worked so hard, yet they can slack their way through projects. In the end, receiving the same cert as us. Damn it right. How I wish I can banish them. Or perhaps we should suggest to add in the following "Diploma in Business Information Technology for slackers" or "Slack with commendation". This would show some justice to those we've been working hard. Darn~
Okie, i hereby wish all my polymates all the best for your future endeavour. Chillx. Its been a pleasure knowing you guys. Not all, but some only! hee hee.
